Precision viticulture and extremely rigorous grape selection are employed, along with gentle handling and the finest winemaking methods. The approach has always been to create a wine of exceptional balance, freshness and purity, respecting each vintage character and reflecting the best expression of our land.
Over the years, the winemaking approach behind Viñedo Chadwick has been to seek more elegance and finesse. This is possible because the vines themselves have matured over time and now produce even higher quality fruit. Providing the right amount of water to the vines and managing the canopies to protect the grapes have also improved quality.
